Australia-based Technology Company - Secured Financing and Guarantee Facility

Eagle Corporate Advisers served as general legal counsel to an Australia-based Technology Company ('Company') on an export financing and guarantee facility with the Export Finance and Insurance Company (EFIC)

The facility will enable the Company to accelerate product development, launch global expansion plans and strengthen and defend its portfolio.

EFIC is the Australian Government export credit agency and provides finance and insurance solutions to help Australian exporters overcome the financial barriers they face when growing their business overseas.
