Brett has extensive experience in international law and business, having worked in Berlin, Germany, and then later New York, USA for many years with Coudert Brothers LLP, a large international law firm.

He specializes in complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions in the areas of public and private corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, investment funds formation and structuring and global reorganizations.

Brett is the founder and a principal of eagle corporate advisers.

He speaks German as well as English.

Prior to working with eagle corporate advisers, Kitiya served as a corporate lawyer for a boutique French corporate law firm, Rene Philippe & Partners in Bangkok, Thailand.

Kitiya has also worked as a visiting lawyer with Makinson & D'Apice Solicitors, a Sydney-based law firm. Kitiya is now based in New York, USA.

Kitiya speaks Thai as well as English.

Alpana has extensive experience in Australian and international law, having worked in Sydney for two large corporate law firms and the government. Alpana has also practiced as a lawyer internationally.

She specializes in all aspects of Australian and international intellectual property law, with a particular focus in trade marks and copyright. Alpana has wide-ranging experience in both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters, and has been involved in a number of leading cases in the Federal Court of Australia in intellectual property law.

Apart from her experience as a legal practitioner, Alpana also has several years of experience in academia, where she has lectured in a wide range of postgraduate and undergraduate intellectual property and commercial law subjects. Alpana is widely published in intellectual property law, and is a commissioned author for several major legal publishers, including Thomson/Lawbook, LexisNexis Butterworths, CCH, and the Oxford University Press.

Alpana holds the position of Special Counsel at eagle corporate advisers.

She speaks Hindi and Bengali as well as English.
