BT Imaging – Expansion Capital Investment – Applied Ventures LLC and others

Eagle Corporate Advisers advised BT Imaging Pty Ltd (‘BT Imaging’) on its Series A2 Financing Round. This round of financing included existing investors as well as a new investor, Applied Ventures, LLC, the venture capital arm of Applied Materials, Inc. (Nasdaq: AMAT).

BT Imaging is the world’s leading supplier of luminescence-based inspection and quality control systems for the photovoltaic manufacturing industry. The company designs and develops luminescence-imaging systems for the photovoltaic manufacturing industry.
