Eagle Corporate Advisers served as Australian and U.S. legal counsel to an Australian clean technology company, on the structure and issuance of secured debt financing instruments.

The transaction involved the issuance of debt securities to investors located in Australia as well as the U.S. It also required the grant of a general security interest over the assets of the Company, which was subsequently registered under the new regime Australian regime implemented by the Personal Property Securities Act 2009.
