Eagle Corporate Advisers served as legal counsel to Looped Pty Ltd ("The Loop") on the spin-off of its U.K. and European operations, to be rebranded and operated by Ms. Pip Jamieson in the U.K. The Loop is a social networking business for media, advertising and creative professionals.

The transaction involved the drafting and negotiation of a complex set of related documents concerning various corporate structures and processes in Australia and the U.K., as well as commercial and intellectual property matters globally.
