TrustDefender - Sale of Business to ThreatMetrix

Eagle Corporate Advisers served as special securities law counsel to advise TrustDefender ('TrustDefender') on the sale of its business to U.S.-based ThreatMetrix in a transaction that involved a combination of cash and stock.

TrustDefender detects malware and other threats including trojans, Poison Ivy, and man-in-the-browser-attacks. It services financial institutions, SaaS providers, ecommerce companies and government. TrustDefender will operate under the ThreatMetrix brand in Australia, U.S. and Europe, from headquarters in San Jose, CA, U.S.
