Viewlocity Technologies - Sale of Business to Friedman Corporation

Eagle Corporate Advisers advised Viewlocity Holdings Pty Limited ('Viewlocity') on the sale of its Supply Chain Management (SCM) software solutions business and related assets to Friedman Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Constellation Software, Inc. (‘Constellation’, TSX: CSU).

Viewlocity offers Supply Chain Management (SCM) software solutions across a broad range of industries and markets, with a worldwide customer base. Product offerings include solutions for manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, logistics providers and public-sector organizations, and allow for supply chain integration and optimization, event management and visibility both within the enterprise and across multiple enterprises. Viewlocity has offices in Dallas, Texas and the United Kingdom.

The transaction involved a sale of global assets by Viewlocity and certain affiliated entities in the United States, United Kingdom and Australia.
