Brett Eagle has 25+ years experience providing top-level global and domestic legal services to large, publicly held multinational corporations, as well as to emerging growth and mid-stage companies.

He has structured and negotiated various forms of equity financing as well as secured and unsecured debt facilities, completed M&A transactions and advised on domestic and global corporate structures for clients in the U.S.A., Hong Kong and China, the U.K., Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands, Australia, Germany, Switzerland, France and other countries around the world.

For the past 15+ years Mr. Eagle has served as founder and principal of Eagle Corporate Advisers, a boutique firm of legal and professional advisors.  The firm is qualified to practice law in Australia as well as in the U.S.A. 

Before founding Eagle Corporate Advisers, Brett spent many years in New York, U.S.A. with Coudert Brothers LLP, a large, international law firm, focusing on capital markets offerings on NASDAQ and the NYSE as well as structuring private investment funds (both onshore and offshore), private debt financings and worked closely with investment banks such as Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, Jefferies and J.P. Morgan.

Prior to working in the U.S.A., Mr. Eagle was based for a number of years in Berlin, Germany.  There he completed a Masters of Law degree at Humboldt University, while working at the same time for Coudert Schürmann Rechtsanwälte, a Berlin-based corporate law firm that was part of the Coudert Brothers global group.

Brett is admitted as an attorney in New York, U.S.A., and as a solicitor in New South Wales, Australia.  He is a Member of the Law Society of New South Wales.

Brett speaks German as well as English.
