transactions and advised on domestic and global corporate structures for clients in the U.S.A., Hong Kong and China, the U.K., Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands, Australia, Germany, Switzerland, France and other countries around the world.<\/p><p>For the past 15+ years Mr. Eagle has served as founder and principal of Eagle Corporate Advisers, a boutique firm of legal and professional advisors.\u00a0 The firm is qualified to practice law in Australia as well as in the U.S.A.\u00a0<\/p><p>Before founding Eagle Corporate Advisers, Brett spent many years in New York, U.S.A. with Coudert Brothers LLP, a large, international law firm, focusing on capital markets offerings on NASDAQ and the NYSE as well as structuring private investment funds (both onshore and offshore), private debt financings and worked closely with investment banks such as Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, Jefferies and J.P.
