Brett has extensive experience in international law and business, having worked in Berlin, Germany, and then later New York, USA for many years with Coudert Brothers LLP, a large international law firm.

He specializes in complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions in the areas of public and private corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, investment funds formation as well as structuring and global reorganizations.

Brett is the founder and a principal of Eagle Corporate Advisers. He speaks German as well as English.
